I think EF-40 at least.

Many dipped old silver coins tone back with this grey/blue/purple tone. I'm not qualified to call yes or no on an old cleaning.

Any collector of CBHs sure all examples in the collection are uncleaned, cast the first stone!

I think it's an outstanding coin and and would be proud to own it.

I see no problems with this coin. I'll call it VF-30. The toning doesn't bother me in the least. Problem free Except for the scratches by the eyes may be deemed graffiti.
