It is a legit slab. The PCGS site mentions $435 for that year/mint mark price for a normal one. I looked on heritage for a cross match for a normal coin/one that is rotated and come up with a difference of 1.65X the normal coin price. So that figured into you coin = $717.75 retail. All things are subjective and can vary. But this might be a ball park number? It seems low to me though. Hard to nail it down because of variables though.

You might get more replies in the Classic Coin forum for this Morgan dollar. Including 1878-CC Morgan with rotated dies in the title would help it stand out too.

Just some suggestions so that the people who know about this dollar coin will be able to see it and help you.
