These seem to pop up from time to time. What Rdwarrior said is correct; this is a jewelry piece made to imitate an old US $20 gold coin. Given the strange combination of words and the location of most people who ask about them, these appear to have been made somewhere in Asia and intended for people with no grasp on English.
Fortunately, you might not be entirely out of luck with this. From previous posts, a lot of these "Elowers" are actually made out of gold--a jeweller would be able to tell you for sure about your piece.
