The 1976 is a slightly MAD, or Mis-Alligned Die. No premium for it.
I am pretty sure that 1983 has PMD, or Post-Mint Damage.

Ok, I feel like this is the big exam at the end of the semester! If I've learned anything, I believe the answer to this question is these are all Misaligned Dies (also known as "MAD"). Unfortunately, these examples fall within the range of tolerance for being acceptable and do not bring a premium. If the strike was off enough to cause missing letters or other devices then it might be worth more than face value. If the coin is off center on both sides, then if would be considered an, "off center strike".

Did I pass?!?!
