Can anyone guess at a grade? But also, confirm the errors and it's affect on value?

The coin is rotated. Looks like it's off-centre (see rim). There are multiple die cracks and die clashes(?) I've selected a few in CU.

Thanks so much.

I was thinking somewhere in the AU range as well. There are definately die cracks and a small off center strike. I'm not seeing the die clash though. This is also from the Italian state Naples. All in all a very beautiful coin.

keepcalm...thanks. What would you call the lines coming from the 'H' and the 'I' and the 'E'? They're not die clashes are they?

I'm not sure what those lines are. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along. If my terminology is correct, a die clash would be an incuse image of the obverse on the reverse side of the coin, or vice versa.
