Morning All.
I was wondering what grade this 1951 Florin would be, and an approximate value.
I have two of these in pretty much similar condition.

Apologies for the photo quality. My scanner is on the fritz.

Looks chUNC to me,the thing with these commerative florins is they were hoarded in bulk so it's easy to obtain high grade coins for not a lot of $$$'s unless their slabbed at 64/65.
The obverse on your coin is stunning, the spot on the reverse is a bit of a worry.
Overall it's a beautiful coin & as a raw coin you'd probably get $25/$30 for it.

Thanks for that.
Yeah I am annoyed at the spot on the reverse. If it wasnt there it would be a perfect coin!

Is there any way to remove it without damaging the coin?

I wouldnt touch it. Itll come out worse than it is. I agree with AA that it looks like a very nice high UNC coin but as he says theyre too common to be worth a great deal.

'51 Jubilee two bobs are easy to get in top grades.

By the way, the 'FLORIN' denomination is two bob, not a bob.
The bob has the official value of one shilling, or simply 'SHILLING'.
