g048406 Pillar of the Community 861 Posts	Posted 05/16/2014 08:28 am If by "old cleaning", you mean 10 days ago, than I agree. centles gave this coin a very harsh chemical cleaning to remove the heavy staining on both the obverse and reverse. NNC is centsles and he purchased this coin and assigned the MS-62 grade that apparently fooled an ebay novice into throwing away a lot of money. Report this Post to the Staff

I can see the wear that makes the coin AU, but I can hardly see any evidence from cleaning. The pictures of the original auction make its issues much more blatant. Report this Post to the Staff
