Domain555 Pillar of the Community United States 1804 Posts	Posted 05/16/2014 2:23 pm Anyone Please Grade my 1976 (D) Ike dollar. While there is substantial toning on this coin ... My camera (lighting?) is too heavy on the natural color. Need a new chip, or a whole new camera system. The actual tone degree amounts to about 55-65% of what you SEE in these shots. The coin in hand, has (some) DMPL qualities. Particularly on the Obverse. But my camera does not show that. But if I were to grade your Ike, it would be in XF condition, maybe AU if the pictures were better. What is the coin's history? Did you get it in change or a mint set? Still, I haven't seen an Ike I didn't like. Could be a nice start for beginning an Dansco album. Report this Post to the Staff
