I found a 1960 dime that looks copper from a roll of pennies, was there such a thing? and if so do I have one? its eroding with copper like residue on it

I believe it's 1966 for year.

Looks like an outside find to me.

environmental damage is a possibility, and it almost looks like someone colored it with markers

It looks like environmental damage to me. It has that color like its been outside for a while.

it looked like copper erosion of sorts (green) not marker, and yea its 1966

Almost looks like rust from something else leached onto the surface.
