I dont know how to put old cyrillic here either so ill transcribe it in latin.
First line is GNb - short from gospodin with means ser or a lord but not as a title
but as a master or liege.
Second line is DESPO-(T in next line) - despot is a title of serbian ruler since 1402
Third and fourth line is Giu-ragb - name of Djuradj Brankovic (1427--1456)
so philadelphian you were pretty much right
