I signed up on en.numista.com web site regarding world coins. I just wanted to check with the folks here about anything that I should be aware of. Very informative on foreign coins id. They seem to have trading of my coin for yours etc.

Any info would be great as I have alot of coins from 1785 to early 1940`s in silver, copper, gold that I would consider swapping for Canadian or US.
One of the folks on the Canadian Coin section told (halfdollardan) about it.

Thanks Gary

I've used them a decade ago to upgrade a '52 Macau 5 avos.
I had 3 seperate trades, none matching the pics, ended getting it bayside. It is an informative site though.

It's a great site for info and cataloging your collection. I've never used the trade option before. I'm sure like every other site on the internet, there are people to be wary of. I think they have a forum too so look there and see if there are any reputable traders you would want to go through.
