I'm wanting to have some coins graded but I'm not sure which grading company to use. I've decided to go with ANACS or ICG. I would use NGC or PCGS but I don't want to deal with memberships cause I won't be sending coins in all the time.

I'll be sending in a few possible errors and a few normal coins. Thank you for any opinions on which would have better grading.

With the age old debate about PCGS vs. NGC for resale value I would definitely got with ANACS over ICG (nothing personal against them) in terms of resale value.

If you have decided not to use PCGS or NGC, then I would suggest ANACS. If your only reason for not going with PCGS or NGC is joining the club, perhaps you can see if your LCS could submit on your behalf.

Definitely ANACS over ICG. They might still have the 5 or 10 coin deal going for $15 per coin and free return shipping if you send in 10.

ANACS for sure, even though they have by far the ugliest slabs and labels.

ANACS would be your choice, as long as you're not slabbing them for resale. The typical retail price difference between a PCGS slab and an ANACS one more than makes up for the cost differential. That said, ANACS is the only place I'll send a Morgan.

ANACS is my call in your situation, (with out knowing what coins and their condition). If you are a member of the ANA you can submit to NGC without being a member of their society. Another reason besides the excellent magazine "The Numismatist" and their lending library to join up!

Agree, if you can't use PCGS or NGC then ANACS would be a better choice
