Hi I would like to know what kind of coin this is. I think it is greek because of the letters and pictures but I cant be sure. I would very mcuh appreciate any help. Thanks!!

Greek language, Roman emperor. Alexandrian issue of Hadrian. AVT KAIC TRAI ADPIANOCCEB, in place of a Latin legend like IMP CAES TRAIAN HADRIANO.

Very nice coin, but not from Alexandria. It's from Koinon in Bithynia. AVT KAIC TRAI ADPIANOC CEB. KOI-NON in field, BEITYNIAC under temple. SNG COP 325.

I am not sure about the authenticity of this coin. Compared to these authentic examples the style looks wrong and the Greek letters are mushy and modern looking. These are attributed as SNG #324 and #327.

I am not 100% sure of this, but it raised my suspicions.

I'd have to agree with Paul B - The sans-serif lettering is a giveaway that this is not a genuine ancient coin.
