I picked this coin up today. I can see a little text on the back: "EXSC". That is next to a caduceus. With this bit of information I think I can narrow it down to some coins I found here on wild winds: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/rsc/...toria/i.html

Can this be narrowed down any more or are to many details worn off for further attribution?

It's all the same Sear number 344, The only difference is what type of mark is behind the head.
