I found this is a foriegn silver bin at my LCS and was wondering what it is.

As you can see, it appears to have many Die Cracks and Cud errors on it.

What do you think it is and how much is it worth?

That appears to be an 1/2 Afghani, from Afghanistan (KM909) the date is 1305 in the SH dating, which is different from the typical AH most Arab countries use, I do not have a converter for that.
