This cent has obvious doubling on "LIBE" in Liberty it actually looks raised and area on same side of the coin (west) is raised slightly. It's hard to see that in the pics.

That is Die Deterioration. It shows on the dates on the right side, LIBERTY devices on the left side and the motto on the tops of the devices which ever direction to the rim is closer.
