1) Marks are odd. I don't know if I've seen bagmarks like that before. But I haven't any particular reason to think it was cleaned or something. Pretty bad eye appeal though.
2) That's a really nice Prussia Thaler from that date. I could support an AU50. XF45 wouldn't be out of the question though. The bust on that coin is kind of plain even with full details and always appears more worn than it is.
