I agree, it is circulation damaged that widened the devices. The key point that tells me it's not 009 is the "E" in WE. Note the bottom of the "E". Note how on the 009 it swoops upward. I don't see that on your coin.

thanks .. I was not too sure on this one seamed like possible class 6 / possible flattening wear..
