Viewed quite a few pictures on the net. Understanding, of course, this was a picture from the internet. But, I am just not seeing some of the 65, 65+, and 66 grades.

...and...how many were "conserved"?

From what I read about it, they all went to PCGS
The family kept some of the coins so maby they were not slabbed.

Check the certification numbers of the coins.
