I bought this raw, so have no idea what it might be graded. hope you can see it clearly...

The WB in my camera is set slightly toward tungsten.

It's too hard to tell from the pics but the coin should be atleast 62, could go up to 64.

Yeah, it wasn't listed as a cameo when I bought it, but these photos seem to bring it out. The effect seems to be more prominent on the reverse than the obverse. I don't know what that's about.

Cameo is fickle, often it is only on side but when it is on both the coins are stunning.

with the cameo only on the reverse it would not get the designation if you sent it to a TPG but it still makes for a nice looking coin, PR-63/64

I see a lot of spotting on the obverse and some on the reverse. How much did you pay? I would give it an MS61

Lean toward PF 62 the reverse is real decent not a bad coin overall.. Hint of cameo? The WB makes it hard to spot nice coin though!!
