I had purchased a large lot of junk Buffalo nickels years ago, most dateless, and dated common nickels. I was going through them last night, and came across this one. It is pretty worn, but the date is still clear....so I was excited about this find. What would you grade it? What would you value it at?

I would grade this as a G-4, that's a nice find! I'm not sure about the value for it in this grade, but it appears to carry a premium.

G-04 details. There are scratches on the reverse, although they shouldn't detract from the value that much.

thanks, what would you all say for value? Does the $5-$10 range sound about right? lower or higher?

Hard to tell about value of Buffalo nickels. Depends on the market. Higher grade coins are in demand, lower grade not as much. I got a couple 1925-S G and VG don't seem to sell so stopped listing them.
