That rim bump is too small to affect grade or result in a details grade. I'd agree to F-12.

I'm agreeing that the minor rim bump will not affect the grade ...
The coin IMHO is a solid VG10 example of this semi-key date ...

thanks guys. logged onto ebay and went to ending soonest. saw this had 27 sec to make a decision and figured $45.00 got it for $43.0 so I'm happy with the responses I got here.
