1963-D Washington quarter RPM

Possible RPM with some doubling on the rest of the design is it md or DDO? Any comments, ideas etc welcome...

It's MD all the way. I had a Franklin half that looked exactly the same.

I agree, Machine damaged. Note the reduction of the lower and right side of the mint mark. The side that is reduced is the direction of the machine damage.

What about what appears to be a split serif at the upper portion of the MM? Is that just reflection then?

If it is a RPM in that area, it would be a very minor RPM.
