This is a 1994 penny, there is something at the ear area, but not 100% clear. Please help. thanks.

Looks like a struck light grease error. When a device gets filled with grease it blocks it from forming. When the die is partially block the grease allows part of the devices to appear, but they look wider as the inner (Thinner part of the device) is blocked with grease.

Note how the devices will be shorter in height and wider cause the widest part is forming.
That is what is going on with your coin.

Thank you. I think I have a real one. Again not 100%, but it's a better coin and it may have a better chance to be a real thing, but I'll display it later in the day. Thank you very much and have a good night everybody.

The 1984 and 1997 are the two top ones I think to look for.
