I found a 1960 penny with reverse heads on it. Not a clue of vaule just never seen something like it. Need help with understanding value.. the reverse side is barely noticable for the tails side . Over all in pretty poor condition but front is pretty noticable.  |

jlee1989,  to the CCF. It looks like somebody took Two Cents, put them face-to-face and squeezed them together in a vice. It is interesting to look at, but definitely not a mint error |

If that would be then wouldnt the in god we trust be ruined as well?

Me neither.. I thought about the vice thing but I would have thought it would of ruined the in god we trust as well.. the libertys are lined up exatly so the in god we trust would be mirrored as well too but right on top of each other

Depends on whether the vise clamped the whole coin or not. This may be new to you, but some of us have seen hundreds of them. |

Thanks for all the help guys! New to the Coin World.. dont see why people would waste time wih the vice tho lol.. hopefully I find some coins of rarity in the near future :) |

If you keep on looking, you'll find almost anything and everything possible done to coins. The best are the Magician's coins. So many with heads or tails on both sides. If you can find one, look for a magic shop. Check out all the STUFF for coins or currency. |

There are a LOT of people on ebay in that same situation, and a lot of coins similar to this one (two coins squeezed in a vice) get sold every day, sometimes for a lot of money, to those unknowledgeable people. They think it is some rare error coin and pay way too much. That is one reason why some people "waste" their time with the vice. |

I don't think they used a vice.
Looks to me like they put the one on top of the other
and hit it with a hammer.

Yep, as stated above, you'll flip if you find a Magicians coin. I found one and was so confused.. lol People have too much time on their hands sometimes. Typical vise job |
