1939-P Cud? Or Lamination Issue

just a question about a coin I have had for a while. is this a " Cud" or a lamination issue. iam tending to think it is a lamination issue, because of the line trailing onto the rim mass. opinions are appreciated.

Looks like a Cud, if it were a lamination I would think you would see part of the bottom of the 9 on the spot in question

You have lamination running across the lower part of the bust. The object is in line with this but I can not say for sure it is part of the lamination. It does not look like a Cud.

It is a lamination that also continues across the lapel. The rim would be absent in that area if it was a Cud.

A Cud would flow over the rim. This is not present on your coin.
I agree with the lamination issue.
