Is this grading is fair for this two 50 cents? The scratches on the 1900 are less major. The light increase them.

1900: F-12
1882H: Vg-10

There is no definition of the braid between the ear and cheek,the ear and laurel leaf above have worn together.
VG8 for both IMO
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
