I would give it a VF30 based on PCGS Photograde;

My first thought was XF-40BN. It's a really nice coin. But PCGS photograde says VF-30ish...

My first glance said XF40, but I'd go more in the VF range like everyone else.

This one might squeak an EF40 grade out, even with the weak E in WE. The horizontal lines are quite sharp and well defined, most VF grades (even high VF) will show the lines wearing into each other.

I'm in the VF-35 camp just due to the weak "WE".

Really nice coin!

I'd be happy to have this coin in my collection.

Thanks for the opinions! I appreciate all of them. I was wondering about the "WE" as it's pretty weak, but visible. However the rest of the coin looks nice. So I could not really place it exactly in a category on pcgs photo grade.
