Never seen master die before pulled out a roll of 1972-P & 1972-S I see this to be the case on above 35 of 50 cent rolls, I assume then it is far too common to have any value. Very interesting none the less will pull one for my reference collection.

Is there other years where that happens as well.

Master Die Doubling occurred on 1972 cents from all three mints in abundance. Not only very common, but some say more of these were made than the "normal coins". Good eye though.
