IMHO it is a WAM. While the "A" and "M" in "AMERICA" seem closer than usual, I believe it is due to die wear. The "A" in "STATES" is centered between the 2 "T"'s and the designer's initials are too close to the memorial.
Sorry, joey, I wish it was a CAM.

Pictures are grainy, but looks WAM (STATES, AMERICA, FG). Can you post a clearer picture?

Pics aren't the greatest but your FG appears to be too close to the memorial.

Hey Sudz. Cool. I am wondering. I studied pic from Lincoln Cent resources and notices the similar to my coin.? Same lean. Position look alike. I saw that not so much closer to the 3nd t. but had a sort of lean and active interaction with the 2nd t. As my coin seemed to have.

Also on the obverse. I've learned what to look for in seeing WAM and couldn't make it appear. This is what got me really interested in mine. because for I'm used to seeing W appear always and was surprised when the C appeared in its place.

Is why I turned the obverse on its side for viewing to be seen. And W easily for WAM on the reverse to the AM. But could no see it appear as usual. And hints of CAM instead WAM in the background under the Memorial EPU and obverse areas around the back of head an so on. Hints of C around the AM area.

This through off to this conclusion. As I am noticing noe as I look more that the A in States actuall has a larger gap to the left then I thought. Mine kinda interacts but the gap seems equal.

But FG seems wider and higher then I see in normal examples. Also to through me off. I guess.

Thought Deterioration was making the little small space in AM as is said to happen occasionally.

Just more to add to education. Makes me better I hope in long run I am sure.

But what do you think on the appearance of CAM clearer to WAM on obverse? Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Joey; What are you talking about the obverse for? Variety Vista lists only obverse design for that year.

Your coin, as stated above, is a normal ( WAM) reverse.

Another somewhat easier way to tell if it is a Close AM.
I posted about this years back. My Daughters name is ERICA
So AM ERICA (slight space between the AM and ERICA) as opposed
to a Wide AM being AMERICA (slight space between the A and M naturally).
And all letters are really evenly spaced.

The photos show IMHO a normal WAM 1992 LMC.

The legend 'STATES' seals the deal for me ... WAM centering between 'TAT' for sure.

I agree. It is a normal wide "AM".
