Anyone ever heard of a 68 no mint mark doubled die date Liberty and the Trust

I think it is a mint error because I have a 1968 no mint mark. On the rim below Liberty has the same mark your Penny has. And above the C on the opposite side I see something that looks like yours, but not as noticeable.

Here is a machine doubled example on the date.
Mint-Error?-1968-Lincoln-Memorial-Penny
These were very common on that year.

Machine Doubling was very common on 60s cents. Not a doubled die.

Troy Meyer1, without an image I'd only be guessing. Maybe the same OP example released back into circulation. Since 2014 I see a few added comments saying they have the same or something similar, even an unrelated possible doubled die date, but In all honesty I need something to examine prior to any attempt at confirmation.
