It is a peculiar looking coin. Is this PMD or did it happen when it was made?

Anything specific which you are questioning? At this time I just seen a well circulated coin. Looks like some of the edges might have gotten banged or crushed by something...

Yes I was talking about the edges it looks like specific damage not random
