It should have absolutely no wear, lesser marks on the surfaces and good luster to be Brilliant Uncirculated.
It could be toned or not toned.

I agree with the "no wear".
It should have "luster" but not necessarily "good luster" ("good" is a rather subjective term).
But most likely NOT "lesser marks"; BU runs from about MS-61 to MS-63. Expect lots of marks and unfortunately in the prime areas (cheek and field in front of the face).
Rest in Peace

Agreed, no signs of circulation wear and should have cartwheel luster. It will have multiple contact marks from being stored in bags, in vaults. Post some photos when you receive it.

I would expect around MS62 but BU is a grey area without a corresponding numerical grade http://www.pcgs.com/photograde/#/Morgan/Grades

Was thinking of Korean grading standards.
BU generally means a coin that's 65 or higher; therefore significantly lesser marks. Just plain Unc is what we call the "Low MS" grades in Korea.

Also don't pay more than 40 dollars for it.

Dealers like to price gouge the new guys.
