Hey guys I have a 1984 JFK 50 cent piece the obverse side is all wavey and bubbles with lines all through it the bubbles is like extra silver on it its like some kind of cloth was over it when it was struck I don't know much about them as I don't collect them that much so please any help to this coin would be very appreciate thanks guys and other questions about it I'll try my best to answer just comment on it thanks guys

I was going to say acid based on the first photos of the porous surfaces but the bubbled up copper core in the last pictures make me think it was in a fire (house or camp)

The cladding bubbles tell the tale and it was most likely scrubbed clean after recovery.
