The machine damaged your coin around the devices during the strike. Terms like Strike Doubling, die chatter, ejection damage, die movement, Machine Doubling are all really, machine damage as they are caused by the machine. I see no need to define it further. I would say most that have normal dots and you find one oval ones should be check closer.
