Hello all. Still new at this, so be patient please. It looks like a DD rev to me.

I agree. But have adopted the term machine damaged because I'll call it what it is. The machine damaged your coin around the devices during the strike. Terms like Strike Doubling, die chatter, ejection damage, die movement, Machine Doubling are all really, machine damage as they are caused by the machine. I see no need to define it further.

Does it hold true for all coins that the dots should out of round in EPU for DDR?

Depending on the design of the coin. I would say most that have normal dots and you find one oval ones should be check closer. I know the 2004P-1DR-001 have nice oval dots.

But machine damage can alter the dots as well. So the need for a closer look when you see this.

I got a penny 2013 which has error on it. I can't see the error unless I use a micro scope.

That one is Die Deterioration Doubling. Not hub doubling. Sorry. Just a worn die.
