I'm not to sure this is a strike through. The ding on the first "6" of 1776 looks to be where someone held it with vice grips or something.

It would be a good thing if it was a strike through so what do you guys think?

damaged for sure, if it were a stricke through the debris would be laying on the planchet or die which wouldn't expose the copper core.
this coin was gouged with something.
