Very difficult to say with those photographs ...

Suggest that instead of many photos taken at acute angles showing limited fields of view ... which is why these are difficult to judge ... two clear, in-focus straight on (90 degrees) photos would be much more helpful for us to help you.

One straight on, in focus photo each please of the obverse and reverse ... then we can truly help.

and I am going to assume the lines in the fields are die polishing lines under the surface of the coin.

with nlp. My first impression was the dies were fairly fresh (maybe re-freshed from a clash)when this coin was struck with the die polish lines present.

Can't tell if thats die polish or cleaned.
