I place it in the low VF range. ¾ of the horizontal lines are there in the shield. BUT The "WE" is almost non-existent.

Tough one, motto is unusually weak compared to the rest of the details, great eye appeal. F-12 I'd say. Good deal for $11. Is it just me or does the obverse have slight MAD?

F12/15 sounds about right, nice buy for $11.00 supgog! Plain 5, no serif D.

MAD = "Mis-Aligned Die" look at the obverse and see how thin the rim is around 4:00-6:00 compared to the opposite side, the die wasn't aligned properly from obverse to reverse, causing the rim to be out of round on the obverse. The reverse only show a very slight mis-alignment, I don't think enough to warrant a mention, but the obverse is quite dramatic.
