With the pics I'm at AU58 personally. Love the coin! Left wheat grains look to have some wear, would love to see this in hand though, the obverse is stunning!

The only thing that would make me think AU is a few of the kernels on the left stalk but it's hard to say. I'm more inclined to think that's just something on the 2x2. Rims look real strong and I'd say at least a 64BN without seeing it in hand for luster.

Yeah, I think I see a little wear on the top of the ear, so agree AU58

AU-58 looks right with the small rub on the ear.

Yes. It looks great in hand. To my eyes it's the best looking early brown lincoln I've ever seen. Maybe too dark for many, but I love it. I'm not sure about the flatness over the ear. Strike or wear? Either way, it's a keeper!

Quote: I'm not sure about the flatness over the ear. Strike or wear? Either way, it's a keeper! No doubt! I agree with all the assessments above. Realistically with the pics I'd be more than happy to pay full boat AU-58 price...it's beautiful! I'd have a hard time pulling the trigger at the MS64BN level without seeing it in hand. It's all just opinion...regardless of those...this is a fantastic coin!

Quote: I'm not sure about the flatness over the ear. Strike or wear? I'm not sure why people mistake that area of the die as "wear", it is definitively not. Check images of MS Lincolns from ha.com and you'll agree with me.
