Are the areas in question raised or incuse ?
If raised then some die chips if uncused then maybe some
damage. Either way not an actual mint error but most likely
die wear/deterioration.

I also see some machine damage unless it is just the glare
on the pics.

The die that struck your coin is showing major Die Deterioration. You can tell this in the fields. But on DIM not sure. Is it incuse? If so, then it might be damaged from coin contact?
