Ben Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 4208 Posts	Posted 06/26/2014 1:33 pm I had this in a junk pile, but then I realised its a Grease Filled Die. Its supposed to read NO TIPPLER NEED APPLY, but the NO is filled out (its just visible in good light at a low angle). Anyone know what this is? Report this Post to the Staff

Professor Andre's Alpine Choir and by implication the Matrimonial Society were associated with the temperance movement, and this token could've served to admit one to see a performance. Of course, the "payment" for that free entertainment would likely have been to sit through a lecture touting the marital bliss that would result from teetotaling and an appeal to join the society and/or otherwise support the cause.
