First off....I know NOTHING about cameras.
Ok so I've been reading blah blah and I found the screw onto the end of the lens macro addition screw onto where the filter would.. Are the helpful? Would it increase photo grade? Or is it more of a outdoor look..the seller posted a picture of some piece of jewelery and then a downtown picture kinda gave it...what I would call walleye vision? Or fish look? If we knew what fish see..thoughts

That won't help you at all.

What do you have now? Camera...lens...lights...software...stand? What do you want to take pictures of (coin sizes, varieties, circs/uncs/proofs, etc)?
