I'd go with AU50 from the pics which aren't real clear. The surfaces indicate a cleaned/wiped coin from the gleam but that might just be too much light.

murty: I can understand why you are stuck between XF45 and AU55; very little wear, but lots of small dings.
You are not stuck on the horns of a dilemma, but suspended between two of them!

The Solomonesque judgment between the two seems a good way to go. My judgment would agree with this approach:
AU50.

It's got a low mintage 15,136 and according to PCGS Coinfacts "is not often seen in any condition but when one is available, VF or EF is the likely grade" http://www.pcgscoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/8276


I'd guess it's high XF to possibly AU.
