I have found a 1964 cent but it's nothing as copper color. It's more of a silver color.. Is it anything special?

Test it with a magnet and weigh it.
Let us know the results.
Most likely plated for fun as kuh85 said, but you never know.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
