1995-P Double Die Obverse?

It shows some promise, especially the W of WE, which displays the kind of furrows that you'd expect of a true doubled die. On the other hand, many of the other letters look more like Die Deterioration Doubling, like the E of WE and the first T of TRUST. Apparently there are a few varieties out there however, This variety he didn't recognize, so that's good news so far, will see.
