It shows some promise, especially the W of WE, which displays the kind of furrows that you'd expect of a true doubled die. On the other hand, many of the other letters look more like Die Deterioration Doubling, like the E of WE and the first T of TRUST. You should send it to someone more qualified than me for a determination. Fellows like James Wiles, Chuck Daughtrey, Bob Piazza, John Wexler, Jason Cuvelier, and BJ Neff can provide this service.

First off, thank you all for your replies. Second, I sent these images to Coin World Editor Department and they called me today and said that they will get back to me next week on an update. Apparently there are a few varieties out there however, This variety he didn't recognize, so that's good news so far, will see.
