Hello again. Been awhile since I've posted but thought this recovery might interest some. This is the 26th pre-1820 coin from a federal-era foundation site . Not looking for a grade unless someone wants to jump in. Comments & questions welcomed.

If you're not looking for a grade why did you post in the grading section?

AU details, pitting and corrosion, other environmental damage. Net somewhere around AG I'd guess.

EF40 details corroded and rim damage, net grade VG EAC grade AG sounds about right.

I think it's great that one can still find treasures like these just under a few inches of dirt! Cool.
