G6/VG8 the only issues I see are the rim @12:00 on the obverse and a bit of a dig at the T in States. For $10 that's not a bad deal.

G6. Environmental damage. The rim hit and the digs on reverse field are probably strong enough. In any case it appears to have been cleaned so either way it would pull a details grade

G-6, there are some field issues but at this low of a grade won't get you a details designation.
