not a expert but

1st one looks like PMD or post mint damage from a Coin Wrapping Machine. Common damage on end coins

2nd and 3rd ones looks like PMD from acid.

any numismatic value is gone from these two quarters, both damaged.

1st is coin counter/wrapper damage and the other looks like environmental damage maybe a metal detector find.

I think John is right on the money. The second one looks like many I've pulled out of the sand.
