This closes the book on one of the best ebay scammers I've ever seen. ebay's policies allowed this to occur and I expect we will be seeing more now that the ccw and ebay Trust and Safety have been eliminated. How could they let this go on, and how could their paypal CONTINUE to allow sales in the hundreds of thousands from a member with such limited sales?
