I have never re-simmitted a coin for re-grading but may do so at some time with this coin. As can be seen the coin has minimum contact marks and clean fields but has light golden toning. Possibly it got a MS-64 because it's not blast white and dosen't has the eye appeal required to be MS-65? Thanks for your opinions. Report this Post to the Staff
